Personalization and shipment processing time

Our goal is to make, personalize and ship all orders within 5 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered locally on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if you’re order is large, shipment may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment or delivery of your order we will contact you via email or phone before starting work on your order.

Shipping rates & delivery times

We ship via FedEx and their shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping is expensive so please confirm that you have selected the appropriate method for your needs.

FedEx provides us with the most reliable service possible but, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Here is a link to the FedEx tracking page where you can enter your tracking number and track your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. After contacting the shipment carrier please let Hardenbrook Hardwoods know a claim has been filed so we can do everything possible to expedite a replacement for you.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
