Returns & Refunds Policy


If for any reason you feel the cutting board you receive isn’t what you ordered, please contact us immediately by either phone or email and let us know what the problem is. Our business is built on referrals. If we’ve made a mistake on your order we’ll quickly make and ship a replacement board at no additional cost to you.

Account Funds

If you have uploaded funds to your account and subsequently decide, for whatever reason, not to use all of those funds for purchases, you may request a refund of your remaining funds balance. A business check for the available balance will be mailed to the address on your account within one week of receiving your request. We ask that you call us to verify the mailing address and to let us know the reason for the refund. (541-526-1664)

In the event the company is disolved the executor of the disolusion will be tasked with returning all remaining account funds to the account holders as outlined above.

In the event the company is sold your funds will remain in your account unless you request a refund.

Things to be aware of:
The wood of each tree has variations in the grain and color that are unique to that tree. As a result, your board may not match the color and grain of the photo on our website.

We copy/paste all text for engraving so if something is misspelled on your order it’s going to be misspelled on your board unless we happen to catch it! Please double check your order to be sure names are spelled correctly. We’ll email you a proof before engraving if you’ve checked the box asking for one to be sent.

Please DO NOT ship personalized product back to us. We have no way to reuse a board after it’s been engraved for you.

We do not offer refunds and, in the rare event that you’re unhappy with your purchase, limit replacements to a “like kind” board.
