Knives tend to part the wood fibers (a bit like bristles on a brush) instead of cutting them which dulls your blade faster. Shown here without their non-skid feet installed, the beveled edge makes them easy to pick up with confidence. -

These hefty carving boards are 24" long, 14" wide and an 1.25" thick! Perfect for carving and serving turkeys and roasts, we've designed them to be personalized on one end. Tapered juice grooves keep meat from sliding while you're cutting and, direct every drop of juicy goodness into the deep juice well. -
